The BONEDRIVERS LONG AWAITED DEBUT CD RELEASE - "ROADHOUSE MANIFESTO"

The Bonedrivers debut CD "Roadhouse Manifesto" follows in the tradition of such Northern California greats as Creedence Clearwater Revival, the
original Doobie Brothers, Sly & the Family Stone, and New Riders of the Purple Sage.

An earthen blast, smacking of blues, boogie, country, rock-n-roll, soul, plus a touch of gospel, each track from "Roadhouse Manifesto" was tested and tuned in neighborhood taverns - many of them without a stage, lighting or sound support. If any musical piece failed to connect with people completely unfamiliar with the band, people who were not necessarily expecting original music at all, it doesn’t appear in this collection. The entire process took two years to complete.

The San Francisco based Bonedrivers feature two former members of the hard rockin' Gone Jackals - Keith Karloff on vocals and guitars plus bassist R.D. Maynard. The band is rounded out by vocalist Johnnie Colleton and drummer Randy Gzebb from Love Club.
Additional musicians include Julien Vaught (Ray Charles, B.B. King) on sax, young S.F. jazz lion Wil Blades (OGD, Motherbug) on Hammond B3 organ, Mike McCurdy (Dave Specter) on Fender bass, Thom Stokes (Deacon Jones Blues Band) on Silvertone bass and Margrit Eichler (True Margrit) on keys.

From the groove soaked Hendrixian "Who Burned My Building Down?" to the anthemic "Live To Ride" to the inspirational "Light of the Morning Sun" to the tender "Lou Ann" all the way down to the deep atmospheric jazz-blues of "Macon Bacon", the BlueBlack Record Company sincerely hopes you enjoy The Bonedrivers’ musical interpretation of their grassroots trek over this most intense period of time - "Roadhouse Manifesto".

Produced by Keith Karloff with Gary Hobish.
Engineered and Mastered by Gary Hobish.
